Key Performance Indicators
The Administration Department is responsible for the broad planning, organization, and direction of the operating departments of the Village. The Department makes recommendations to the Village Board, prepares their agenda and implements their decisions. Administration develops and recommends the proposed Village budget and oversees internal communications between departments as well as Village communications with the public. The Economic Development, Information Technology, and Human Resources divisions operate out of the Administration Department.
